In some embodiments, the traversing comprises: obtaining a threshold number of levels based at least in part on a resolution parameter; scanning a first level of the data structure for a node having an index corresponding to the index of the location; and iterating the scanning for respective subsequent levels of the data structure based on the scanning returning a node having subordinate nodes and a number of levels for which the scanning and iterating have been performed being less than the threshold number of levels.

    Abstract: An electrically conductive multilayer film for providing an electrical path between two conductive surfaces includes a plastic backing layer, an electrically conductive layer disposed on a first side of the plastic backing layer, and a recovery layer disposed on an opposite second side of the plastic backing layer. An average thickness of the multilayer film is less than about 100 microns. A hollow gasket can be formed from the multilayer film by winding or bending the multilayer film into a flexible hollow closed loop. When the multilayer film is wound to form a flexible closed loop having an outside diameter of no more than about 7 mm with the conductive layer forming an outside layer of the loop, a resistance of the closed loop across a diameter of the closed loop remains less than about 2? when the loop is compressed across the diameter by at least 20%.

    Abstract: A method for selectively etching at least one feature in a first region with respect to a second region of a stack is provided. The first region is selectively etched with respect to the second region to form at least one partial feature in the first region, the at least one partial feature having a depth with respect to a surface of the second region. An in-situ a fluorine-free, non-conformal, carbon-containing mask is deposited over the first region and the second region, wherein the carbon-containing mask is selectively deposited on the second region at a second thickness with respect to the first region at a first thickness, the second thickness being greater than the first thickness. The first region is further etched in-situ to etch the at least one partial feature and wherein the carbon-containing mask acts as an etch mask for the second region.

    Abstract: A three-axis accelerometer includes a single, integrated mass including at least one lateral (x-y) proof mass and at least one vertical (z) proof mass. The vertical proof mass is arranged as a teeter-totter mass, which is located within the lateral proof mass. The vertical proof mass is mechanically coupled to the lateral proof mass with one or more torsional springs, and the lateral proof mass is mechanically coupled to one or more anchors with one or more lateral springs. The at least one vertical proof mass may be symmetrically positioned about one or more axes of the three-axis accelerometer, so that the 3-axis accelerometer has in-plane symmetry. The three-axis accelerometer may be less susceptible for mechanical cross-talk or noise and may provide a smaller packaged solution for sensing acceleration in three directions.

    Abstract: This document describes techniques and components of a radar system with a sparse primary array and a dense auxiliary array. Even with fewer antenna elements than a traditional radar system, an example radar system has a comparable angular resolution at a lower cost, lower complexity level, and without aliasing. The radar system includes a processor and antenna arrays that can receive electromagnetic energy reflected by one or more objects. The antenna arrays include a primary subarray and an auxiliary subarray. The auxiliary subarray includes multiple antenna elements with a smaller spacing than the antenna elements of the primary subarray. The processor can determine, using the received electromagnetic energy, first and second potential angles associated with the one or more objects.     Abstract: A charge detection circuit and a detection method thereof and a display panel are provided. A second storage capacitor is added to the charge detection circuit. The second storage capacitor can continuously accumulate the charge amount of a second thin film transistor. When a third thin film transistor is turned on, all the charges accumulated by the second storage capacitor flow into an integrator, so that second thin film transistor does not need to be operated in a linear region. Increasing the charge amount of the charge detection circuit is beneficial for the display panel to distinguish light sensor signals.

    Abstract: This document describes techniques and systems to enable a radar system to detect angles in bistatic and monostatic scenarios. In some examples, an automotive radar system includes one or more processors. The processors can obtain electromagnetic (EM) energy reflected by objects and generate, based on the reflected EM energy, a two-dimensional (2D) data matrix. The 2D data matrix has a number of rows corresponding to the number of antenna elements in a transmitter array and a number of columns corresponding to the number of antenna elements in a receiver array. Using the 2D data matrix, the processors can determine DoA estimates and DoD estimates in monostatic and bistatic scenarios. By comparing the DoA estimates to the DoD estimates, the processors can determine an angle associated with the objects. In this way, the described techniques and systems can enable angle detection in monostatic and bistatic conditions with improved angular resolution and reduced cost.

In some embodiments, capacitance signals from different sense fingers are combined together at a sensing signal node disposed on the substrate supporting the proof masses. In some embodiments, a split shield may be provided, with a first shield underneath a proof mass coupled to the same drive signal applied to the proof mass and a second shield electrically isolated from the first shield provided underneath the sense fingers and biased with a constant voltage to provide shielding for the sense fingers.
