    Abstract: A mini-LED backlight structure and a backlight module are provided. The mini-LED backlight structure includes a backplate, a glass substrate, and reflective sheets. The glass substrate includes a line surface and a lineless surface close to a side of the backplate. Light emitting diodes and a connector are disposed on the lineless surface. Furthermore, a gap is between the backplate and the glass substrate for disposing the light emitting diodes and the connector. The connector is electrically connected to an external circuit through a conducting wire. Disposing a plurality of elements, the connector, and the light emitting diodes on a same surface of the lineless surface is unlikely affecting backlight effect and saves materials at a same time.

The optical amplifier array amplifies the plurality of multi-wavelength continuous-wave light, to output a plurality of other multi-wavelength continuous-wave light. Optionally, the cluster light source further includes a backup light source and an optical switch array.

The sample matrices of the present disclosure can include glycine, which enables the separation of co-migrated PEGylated protein charge variants. The sample matrices can also include taurine, whichfurther improves icIEF assay by depleting matrix induced baseline interferences. Accordingly, a sample matrix of the present disclosure including a combination of glycine and taurine enables icIEF separation of acidic and basic species from the main peak for PEGylated proteins, allowing the identification/separation, characterization and quantification of discrete PEGylated protein species. By using the sample matrices of the present disclosure to characterize PEGylated proteins by icIEF, repeatability, linearity, accuracy, sample stability, and method robustness are achieved.

In the present disclosure, authority authentication and data connection are performed on each platform of a data center by 5G network encrypted multicast, and a network encrypted multicast component is configured on the platform of the data center. An encrypted multicast packet is sent to a network by the platform. Connection is completed by handshaking and mutual heartbeat transmission between the platforms. Authority verification is performed through the multicast packet. In this manner, the problem of security risk of traditional authority authentication may be reduced, and the intercommunication speed and efficiency of each platform of the data center may be improved greatly.
