In particular, the sorbents includes at least one sorbent which is water-wettable and contains at least one hydrophobic component and at least one hydrophilic component and at least one of sorbent having a specific affinity for a matrix interference like phospholipids. Further disclosed is a method using the device of the present invention.

The crystal form is important for quality control of a BTK inhibitor (R)-4-amino-1-(1-(butyl-2-alkynyl)pyrrolidine-3-yl)-3-(4-(2,6-difluorophenoxyl)phen yl)-1,6-dihydro-7H-pyrrolo[2,3-d]pyridazin-7-one, has a simple preparation process and is suitable for industrial production.
