    Abstract: A mask layout containing a non-Manhattan pattern is received. The received mask layout is processed. An edge of the non-Manhattan pattern is identified. A plurality of two-dimensional kernels is generated based on processed pre-selected mask layout samples. The two-dimensional kernels each have a respective rotational symmetry. The two-dimensional kernels are applied to the edge of the non-Manhattan pattern to obtain a correction field for the non-Manhattan pattern. A thin mask model is applied to the non-Manhattan pattern. The thin mask model contains a binary modeling of the non-Manhattan pattern. A near field of the non-Manhattan pattern is determined by applying the correction field to the non-Manhattan pattern having the thin mask model applied thereon. An optical model is applied to the near field to obtain an aerial image on a wafer. A resist model is applied to the aerial image to obtain a final resist image on the wafer.

The present disclosure completes the transmission of the first data packet in advance by increasing the transmission speed, then suspends the data transmission, and resumes the data transmission at the transmitting time of the second data packet, thereby reducing the power consumption.

A gas turbine, a generator, an intake chamber, an exhaust collector, and an auxiliary system are disposed on a first conveyance, an intake assembly and an exhaust duct are integrally disposed on a second conveyance. The second conveyance further includes at least four lifting gears, which are configured to separate the intake assembly and the exhaust duct from the second conveyance, and jack up the intake assembly and the exhaust duct so as to accommodate the power generation transport apparatus and move it to the bottom of the intake assembly and the exhaust duct. The intake assembly and the exhaust duct are then brought down by the lifting gears to dock with the intake chamber and the exhaust collector respectively. A seal docking can be achieved by the weights of the intake assembly and the exhaust duct themselves.

    Abstract: A circuit breaker includes a pole unit with a moveable electrode and a fixed electrode. A resilient member is operably connected to a first end of the pole unit. A linkage extends from the second end of the pole unit and operably connects to the moveable electrode. A linear actuator is operably connected to the linkage and located away from the pole unit. A Thomson coil or other high-speed actuator is also operably connected to the linkage. A gap is provided between the pole unit and the linear actuator member when the resilient member is not extended. To open the electrodes, the high-speed actuator first acts on the linkage by pulling the movable electrode away from the fixed electrode. The linear actuator then actuates and increases the distance between the contacts of the breaker by pulling the pole unit toward it, closing the gap.
