    Abstract: A battery cell, a battery apparatus, a power consuming apparatus, and an energy storage apparatus are disclosed. The battery cell includes a stacked electrode assembly having a positive electrode plate, a negative electrode plate, and a separator disposed between them. The positive electrode plate includes a current collector and a film layer containing lithium-containing transition metal phosphate particles, at least partly coated with carbon. In a cross-section of the film layer along the thickness direction, 12% to 50% of the particles have a size of 1 ?m or greater. The separator includes a base film, ceramic layers on both sides of the base film, and a bonding layer disposed on at least one ceramic layer facing the positive electrode plate. The bonding layer is a continuous porous layer comprising a vinylidene fluoride polymer, which enhances adhesion and thermal stability of the separator.

    Abstract: The present disclosure relates to a lithium-ion secondary battery, a battery apparatus, an electrical apparatus, and preparation methods for a positive electrode active material and a positive electrode plate. The battery includes a positive electrode plate, a negative electrode plate, and an electrolyte. The positive electrode plate comprises a current collector and a film layer disposed on at least one side of the collector. The film layer comprises a positive electrode active material including lithium-containing transition metal phosphate particles, at least part of the surfaces of which are coated with a carbon material. In a cross-section along the electrode plate thickness direction, the DA90 of the particles ranges from 1400 nm to 2100 nm, and the particle size concentration ratio (DA90?DA10)/DA50 ranges from 1.855 to 2.375, wherein DA90, DA50, and DA10 respectively denote the particle sizes corresponding to 90%, 50%, and 10% of the area cumulative distribution.

    Abstract: A secondary battery includes positive and negative electrode sheets, separator between the positive and negative electrode sheets, and electrolytic solution including organic solvent and lithium salt. The positive electrode sheet includes positive electrode current collector and positive electrode film layer located on at least one surface of the positive electrode current collector and including positive electrode active material that includes lithium transition metal oxide. The lithium transition metal oxide includes nickel, cobalt, and at least one of manganese and aluminum. In the lithium transition metal oxide, molar content of nickel is 85 mol % or higher based on total molar content of all metal elements except lithium. In DTG curve obtained by heating the positive electrode active material at heating rate of 10° C./min, absolute value of peak value of thermogravimetric change rate of the positive electrode active material is less than 7%/min.
