    Abstract: This invention provides an electric circuit and system for accelerating the recovery of integrated circuit aging. It comprises an integrated circuit, including PMOS transistors P1, P2, P3, P4, NMOS transistors N1, N2, N3, and N4. It further includes a control signal, which is connected to the gate electrodes of PMOS transistors P1, P2, P3, P4, NMOS transistors N1, N2, N3, and N4. By switching the ON/OFF states of MOS transistors, the circuit regulates the operational status of the integrated circuit. This circuit proposed by the current invention can effectively accelerate the recovery from two types of aging mechanisms in integrated circuits, thereby alleviating the performance degradation of integrated circuits caused by aging in the workload circuits.

    Abstract: The present invention provides a hardware-aware mixed-precision quantization method and system based on a greedy search. It comprises quantizing all layers in the neural network to the uniform bit-width, conducting training-aware quantization, and acquiring the trained model, baseline inference accuracy, and total bit operation counts. Each layer in the neural network undergoes post-training quantization with low precision individually, and the corresponding inference accuracy and total bit operation counts for each layer are recorded. Single-layer sensitivity is computed based on the baseline inference accuracy, total bit operation counts, and the inference accuracy and total bit operation counts of each layer and guides the current total bit operation counts until reaching the preset maximum bit operation counts. Meanwhile, quantized layers and precision are recorded, determining the mixed-precision quantization strategy.

    Abstract: The present disclosure provides a cross-layer reconfigurable static random access memory (SRAM) based compute-in-memory (CIM) macro and method for edge intelligence. The cell includes a SRAM cell and a column-shared reconfigurable Boolean computation cell. A reconfiguration computation is performed based on the SRAM cell to obtain a reconfigured structure; the column-shared reconfigurable Boolean computation cell outputs a computation result based on the reconfigured structure; and a peripheral computation circuit supporting pipelined bit-serial addition outputs an in-memory addition result on a basis of a Boolean computation. In order to meet a requirement of edge artificial intelligence (AI) for a low power consumption and a low hardware overhead, and to enable an accelerator to adapt to a fast iterative software algorithm as much as possible.
