Aspects include creating a subscription activation message in a capture address space, the subscription activation message having a timestamp after a latest committed timestamp of the active-active databases and transmitting the subscription activation message to a subscription activation module of the target site of the active-active databases. Based on a determination that one or more tables associated with the subscription activation message are inactive, aspects also include repairing the one or more tables. Based on a determination that all tables associated with the subscription activation message are active, aspects include initiate replication of the capture address space from the source site to the target site with a timestamp of the latest committed timestamp.

    Abstract: A system includes a catalyst for receiving and treating exhaust gas generated by an engine, a passive NOx adsorber (PNA) positioned upstream of the catalyst, a bypass valve positioned upstream of the catalyst and the PNA, and a controller. The controller is configured to: while controlling the bypass valve to direct exhaust gas to the PNA, detect a torque demand that is greater than a threshold value; responsive to detecting that the torque demand is greater than the threshold value, engage a motor, coupled with a battery system, with a drive shaft of the system to meet at least a portion of the torque demand; in response to the engagement of the motor with the drive shaft not meeting all of the torque demand, engage the engine with the drive shaft to meet a remainder of the torque demand.

The flow guidance channel extends from an outer wall of the water distribution chamber toward a rear end of the base and communicates with the spray arm at the rear end of the base. Embodiments include sputter depositing an intermediate layer comprising Co, about 10 to about 20 atomic % Cr and about 1 to about 6 atomic % Ta, at a thickness of about 1.5 to about 18 Å on a Cr or Cr alloy underlayer, allowing partial oxidation of the surface of the intermediate layer by residual oxygen in the sputtering system, and then sputter depositing a CoCrPtTa magnetic alloy layer thereon.
