Abstract: Video coding methods, apparatuses, and non-transitory computer readable mediums are provided. The method includes: obtaining a list of reference pictures comprising a plurality of pictures stored in a buffer, where the plurality of pictures comprise at least a first picture with a first spatial resolution, and a second picture with a second spatial resolution different from the first spatial resolution; obtaining a reference picture from the list of reference pictures; predicting a current picture by using the reference picture with its original spatial resolution without ensuring the reference picture to have a same spatial resolution as the current picture; and generating a bitstream based on a predicted current picture.

Embodiments of the present disclosure transform existing syntax knowledge to an extended convention syntax knowledge, creating the syntax tree structure with the syntax convention extension, to provide automated support for different applications and programs, and enabling programmatic querying, override and other use functions.

Abstract: Methods and apparatuses are provided for serving multiple models with a single engine. The method includes: providing a single engine for a plurality of models on a server, where the server includes at least one graphics processing unit (GPU) and memory coupled with the at least one GPU; loading the plurality of models onto the memory of the server at once; and serving, by the single engine, the plurality of models, where the single engine accommodates all structures and weights of the plurality of models with a shared input and output of the memory.

The capacity mitigation policy can be directed to users of the cloud computing system. The policy engine can be configured to control how the capacity mitigation policy is applied to the cloud computing system. The enforcement layer can be configured to handle incoming resource requests and to enforce resource limits based on the capacity mitigation policy as applied by the policy engine.

By installing different sensors, the LED lamp of the present disclosure integrates various functions such as lighting, security warning, entertainment, lighting, health, etc., and can realize different working modes by combining different sensors.
