Abstract: The present invention relates to a preparation method of a P-type high-resistance and ultra-high-resistance Czochralski monocrystalline silicon substrate. According to the present invention, an oxygen concentration in a silicon wafer is controlled to match with a resistivity, so as to realize that a conductive type of the silicon substrate does not change after a device is manufactured, and that the silicon substrate has a high resistivity. The oxygen concentration and the resistivity in silicon crystal can be adjusted separately or together; and operation is flexible, and a yield of a high-resistance silicon crystal is greatly improved.

Abstract: Some embodiments of the disclosure provide a decellularized heart valve (DHV) composite, a preparation method of the DHV composite, and a use of the DHV composite. In some examples, the preparation method of the DHV composite includes the following steps: S1, conducting a reaction I on a DHV with a copper chloride-dopamine hydrochloride mixed solution to obtain a copper ion-modified DHV; and S2, conducting a reaction II on the copper ion-modified DHV with a GDF11 solution to obtain the DHV composite. In other examples, the present disclosure provides a use of the DHV composite in preparation of a tissue-engineered heart valve (TEHV). In further examples, the TEHV is a heart valve (HV) with remodeling and regeneration capabilities.

Abstract: A cloud computing capacity management system can include a fine-grained admission control layer, a policy engine, and an enforcement layer. The fine-grained admission control layer can be configured to ingest capacity signals and create a capacity mitigation policy, based at least in part on the capacity signals, to protect available capacity of a cloud computing system for prioritized users. The capacity mitigation policy can be directed to users of the cloud computing system. The policy engine can be configured to control how the capacity mitigation policy is applied to the cloud computing system. The enforcement layer can be configured to handle incoming resource requests and to enforce resource limits based on the capacity mitigation policy as applied by the policy engine.

By installing different sensors, the LED lamp of the present disclosure integrates various functions such as lighting, security warning, entertainment, lighting, health, etc., and can realize different working modes by combining different sensors.

A video decoder may decode coded video data received from a channel. The video decoder may perform object recognition on decoded video data obtained therefrom, and, when an object is recognized in the decoded video data, the video decoder may generate a model representing the recognized object. It may store data representing the model locally. The video decoder may communicate the model data to an encoder, which may form a basis of error mitigation and recovery. The video decoder also may monitor deviation patterns in the object model and associated patterns in audio content; if/when video decoding is suspended due to operational errors, the video decoder may generate simulated video data by analyzing audio data received during the suspension period and developing video data from the data model and deviation(s) associated with patterns detected from the audio data.
