    Abstract: The present disclosure provides a medical system for performing pulse field ablation medical procedures. The medical system includes an ablation device configured to generate electrical fields that cause electroporation of tissue of a subject, a sensor array in electrical communication with the ablation device, and a control unit in electrical communication with the ablation device and the sensor array. The ablation device includes at least one set of electrodes. The sensor array includes at least one surface electromyography (sEMG) sensor and at least one inertial measurement unit (IMU) sensor. The control unit configured to generate a pulse waveform, transmit the pulse waveform to the ablation device, determine a muscle contraction level based on signal data from the ablation device and sensor data from the sensor array, and to determine an sEMG threshold based on the sensor data and muscle contraction level.

    Abstract: The present invention discloses glycopeptide compounds having activity of resisting drug-resistant bacteria, conforming to glycopeptide compounds represented by general formula (I), The present invention also provides a preparation method for and an application of the glycopeptide compounds. Upon testing, compared with a second-generation glycopeptide drug oritavancin, the glycopeptide antibiotic compounds have higher inhibition activity on drug-resistant bacterial strains, especially MRSA or VRE. Further testing shows that most of the glycopeptide compounds have safety higher than that of oritavancin and can be prepared into drugs for treating or preventing diseases caused by various bacterial infections, such as skin and soft tissue infections, meningitis, sepsis, pneumonia, arthritis, peritonitis, bronchitis, and empyema.

The tray and the positioning mechanism are repulsive when the lower magnet aligns with the first upper magnet but are attracted when the lower magnet aligns with the second upper magnet.
