Abstract: A sauna structure includes several vertical plates, a bottom plate, a top plate and an inner support, and is characterized in that: the vertical plates include two sets with one set as upper vertical plates and one set as lower vertical plates, a connection structure is configured at the lower end of the upper vertical plates, a connection structure is correspondingly configured at the upper end of the lower vertical plates, the bottom plate is mounted at the bottom of the lower vertical plates, the top plate is installed on the top of the upper vertical plates and the inner support is arranged in the area defined by the vertical plates. The vertical plates include two sets of the same height, which leads to the fact that the height of the vertical plates according to the present invention is half of that of vertical plates for a traditional sauna.

Abstract: A foot warming unit for a sauna device includes a plate-shaped heating unit provided in the sauna device, and a rigid foot support plate disposed over the heating unit. The foot support plate is made of a non-metallic heat conductive insulating material and has a bottom face in abutment with an upper face of the heating unit. Preferably, the heating unit has an insulating sheet and a resistive conductor formed in the insulating sheet. The foot warming unit is robust and safe and has a reduced size.
