    Abstract: The present disclosure discloses a method for realizing macroscopic super-lubrication by a matching pair of nano metal-coated steel balls and hydrogen-containing carbon films, which is based on the use of nano metal-coated steel balls and diamond-like films with a hydrogen content of 25-30% as the matching pair. Further, a tribochemical reaction occurs through the catalytic action of nano metal during the friction process to form a nano graphene transfer film with incommensurate contact at the contact interface to achieve macroscopic super-lubrication.

    Abstract: A method for preparing an ammonium thiomolybdate-porous amorphous carbon composite superlubricity film is disclosed. First, a porous amorphous carbon film is prepared by an anode layer ion source assisted plasma chemical vapor deposition method and a reactive magnetron sputtering method on a substrate. The porous amorphous carbon film is then impregnated in an ammonium thiomolybdate solution, so that the ammonium thiomolybdate is adsorbed on the porous amorphous carbon film, and the impregnated porous amorphous carbon film is air dried.

The fire source system is used for generating fire source and includes a first tank and several liquid fuel atomizing jet burners, wherein the first tank includes an air tank which is used for providing air and a fuel control tank which is used for controlling valves, distributing fuel and inspecting flame of the burners. The smoke generation system is used for generating smoke and includes a second tank, a smoke outlet pipe, smoke cake clamps and smoke cake turntables. Smoke cakes are initially placed in the smoke cake clamps, then moved to an ignition position one by one by for ignition, and finally rotated to through hole positions of a smoke generation box to fall into the smoke generation box by the servo motor. The control system is used for controlling the fire source system and the smoking generation system.

    Abstract: A method for preparing a super-lubricative multi-layer composite fullerene-like carbon layer/graphene-like boron nitride thin film is provided. A substrate is ultrasonically cleaned in absolute ethyl alcohol and acetone sequentially for 15 min. The substrate is cleaned by argon plasma bombardment for 15 min. A fullerene-like carbon layer A having an onion-like structure is prepared by high-vacuum medium-frequency magnetron sputtering for 30 s. A graphene-like boron nitride layer B is prepared by high-vacuum medium-frequency magnetron sputtering and coating device to sputter the elemental boron target for 30 s. Steps (3) and (4) are repeated 80 times to overlay the fullerene-like carbon layer A and the graphene-like boron nitride layer B in an alternate way. The super-lubricative multi-layer composite fullerene-like carbon layer/graphene-like boron nitride thin film has a large load capacity, and excellent wear resistance, high temperature resistance and super lubrication.

The flow regulating rod runs through the storage chamber and is provided with a regulating head, and is connected to a piston in the gas pressure chamber.
