    Abstract: The present invention provides a thin film drying method, an alignment film drying method and a method for manufacturing a display panel. The thin film drying method comprises the following steps: forming the thin film on a substrate; placing the substrate in a vacuum chamber; and reducing a pressure in the vacuum chamber. The thin film drying method can be applicable to the alignment film drying method and the method for manufacturing the display panel. The invention can enhance the film quality after drying.
