  • Publication number: 20190176197
Abstract: Disclosed is a soil conditioner, comprising the following components in parts by weight: 10-20 parts of distiller's grains; 1-10 parts of cow dung; 1-10 parts of vermicompost; 1-10 parts of oil cake; 10-20 parts of dregs of decoction; 20-40 parts of fallow soil; and 20-40 parts of river sand. Also disclosed is a method for preparing a soil conditioner, comprising: first, separately fermenting distiller's grains, cow dung, vermicompost, oil cake, and dregs of decoction, and then mixing them with river sand and fallow soil for secondary solid fermentation to obtain the soil conditioner. The present invention has a remarkable restoration effect on obstructive soil, the microbial diversity index of the restored soil is increased, the microbial ecological structure of the soil is improved, and the quality of crops is enhanced.

  • Patent number: 8518428
Abstract: The present invention relates to the antagonistic bacteria for controlling the Fusarium wilt of continuous cropping banana and their microbial organic fertilizer. It belongs to technology of intensive agricultural production. The present invention separates two antagonistic bacteria NJN-6 and NJN-11 and produces the microbial organic fertilizer through inoculating the two said strains into pig manure compost and rapeseed cake compost to conduct solid-state fermentation. The microbial organic fertilizer is characterized in that in the fertilizer, the content of each of the antagonistic bacteria NJN-6 and NJN-11 is above 1×108 cfu/g, total nitrogen is 4˜5% (weight percent), above 90% (weight percent) of the total nitrogen is organic nitrogen, total nitrogen-phosphorus-kalium nutrient is 6˜10% (weight percent) and organic matter is 30˜35% (weight percent).

  • Patent number: 8476057
Abstract: The present invention relates to the antagonistic bacteria that are used to prevent and eliminate tobacco bacterial wilt and their microbial organic fertilizer, which belong to the technology for agricultural intensive production. The present invention separates two antagonistic bacteria (Brevibacillus brevis NJL-25 and Bacillus cereus NJL-14) that have remarkable antagonistic action against the pathogens of tobacco bacterial wilt. Microbial organic fertilizer is produced from these antagonistic bacteria and organic compost. Wherein, the content of each of NJL-25 and NJL-14 is above 1×1010 cfu/g, the content of total nitrogen is 4˜5% (above 90% of the nitrogen is organic nitrogen), the content of total nitrogen-phosphorus-kalium nutrient is 6˜10% and the content of organic matter is 30˜35%. As indicated by experiments, after the microbial organic fertilizer is applied into soil, it will enable rapid multiplication of the antagonistic bacteria into a dominant microflora in the soil and achieve more than 97.

  • Publication number: 20110214464
Abstract: The present invention relates to a biocontrol strain against the wilt of continuous cropping cucumber and watermelon as well as its microbial organic fertilizer, which belongs to the technology for agricultural intensive production. The present invention separates Trichoderma harzianum SQR-T037, which has a remarkable biocontrol effect against wilt of cucumber and watermelon. Microbial organic fertilizer was produced from this biocontrol strain and organic compost. In this fertilizer, the content of the strain is above 1×108 cfu/g, the content of total nitrogen is 3˜5% (above 90% of the nitrogen is organic nitrogen), total nitrogen-phosphorus-kalium nutrient is 6˜10% and organic matter is 30˜35%. As indicated by the experiments, after this microbial organic fertilizer is applied to soil, it will enable rapid multiplication of biocontrol strain into a dominant microflora in the soil and achieve more than 85% of biocontrol rate of wilt in the soil suffering from serious cucumber and watermelon wilt.
