The cutting system includes a motor, a cutting assembly including a cutting member and a shield, and a first handle provided with a switch assembly configured to control the motor to switch a state, where in the case where the switch assembly is in a first state, the cutting system is powered off and the shield is positioned at a first position; and in the case where the switch assembly is in a second state, the cutting system is started and the shield is at a second position.

Abstract: A miter saw includes a first locking mechanism, where when the first locking mechanism is in a first state, a cutting mechanism is fixed relative to a workbench, when the first locking mechanism is in a second state, the cutting mechanism is allowed to rotate relative to the workbench, when the first locking mechanism is in a third state, the rotation of the cutting mechanism relative to the workbench is positioned, and the first locking mechanism includes a first operation member for switching the first state, the second state, and the third state of the first locking mechanism. The miter saw is easy and convenient to operate.
