Abstract: A light-emitting diode (LED) includes a semiconductor structure, a transparent conducting layer, a first electrode, and a second electrode. The semiconductor structure has a lower surface and an upper surface, and includes a first semiconductor layer, an active layer, and a second semiconductor layer that are sequentially stacked in a laminating direction from the lower surface to the upper surface. The transparent conducting layer is located on the second semiconductor layer. The first electrode is located on the first semiconductor layer. The second electrode is located on the transparent conducting layer. When viewing the semiconductor structure and the transparent conducting layer from above the LED. The semiconductor structure has a shortest side with a length of X ?m.

Abstract: The present disclosure provides a flow battery and a cell stack. The cell stack includes: a first end plate; a second end plate; and at least one cell module arranged between the first end plate and the second end plate. Each cell module includes a first flow channel end plate, a second flow channel end plate arranged opposite to the first flow channel end plate, and single-cell assemblies arranged between the first flow channel end plate and the second flow channel end plate. The single-cell assemblies include at least three hermetically-assembled cell assemblies, the first flow channel end plate is provided with arch-like flow channels, the second flow channel end plate is provided with arch-like flow channels, and each arch-like flow channel is provided with a flow channel aperture in communication with the at least three hermetically-assembled cell assemblies.

The upper surrounding frame further comprises a first locking device for locking the first connecting rod and the second connecting rod, and a second locking device for locking the third connecting rod and the fourth connecting rod. Abstract: A power shaver having a hand-cranked dynamo is disclosed. The shaver includes a battery that can be charged by the hand-cranked dynamo, or from an alternating current adaptor that delivers charge from another battery, or from a charger that connects to a conventional source of alternating current. The shaver includes a foldable handle that allows a user to operate the dynamo, and folds against the body of the shaver when not in use. Indication lights located on the body of the shaver provide charging and status information to a user.
