Abstract: Provided are an artificial nail and an artificial-nail assembly. The artificial nail includes a backside facing the surface of a natural nail. The backside is arched upward and has a first endpoint adjacent to the root of the natural nail. The artificial nail has a first cross section formed along the width direction of the artificial nail. The backside has a first inner arc in the first cross section. The first inner arc includes a first arc segment located in the middle portion of the artificial nail in the width direction. In the first cross section formed at each position which has a distance from the first endpoint less than or equal to 14 mm, the radius of curvature of the first arc segment ranges from 6 mm to 25 mm.

Abstract: An artificial nail includes an artificial nail body which is convex upwardly. The artificial nail body has an upper surface and a lower surface opposite to the upper surface. The artificial nail body further comprises a blocking surface which extends downwardly from a rear edge of the lower surface and is located between the lower surface and the upper surface. During the adhesive application and pressing process, any adhesive that tends to overflow outward is initially blocked by the blocking surface. For the adhesive to leak, it must overcome the barrier of the blocking surface. Thus, the adhesive is unlikely to overflow from the lower surface, thus preventing any impact on the nail's aesthetic appearance.
