    Abstract: The present disclosure provides a method for controlling uplink power, comprising: determining, by a Main eNodeB (MeNB), configured maximum transmit power P_MeNB of a User Equipment (UE) in a Primary Cell (PCell) and configured maximum transmit power P_SeNB of the UE in a Secondary Cell (SCell); notifying, by the MeNB, P_SeNB to a Secondary eNodeB (SeNB) corresponding to the SCell; and notifying P_MeNB and P_SeNB to the UE. The present disclosure further provides corresponding base station and UE.
