  • Publication number: 20220364162
Abstract: The present invention relates to: a single nanoparticle biosensor platform comprising a metal nanoparticle in which a biomolecule is immobilized between two metal nanoseeds, and a biosensor comprising same; a method for detecting mutations by using the biosensor; and a method for manufacturing a single nanoparticle biosensor platform, comprising a step of forming a metal nanoparticle in which a biomolecule is immobilized between two metal nanoseeds. The single nanoparticle biosensor platform according to the present invention enables high sensitivity and reliability detection of a target, and also enables direct identification of various mutations so as to enable the efficient diagnosis of mutations, thereby being widely usable in the biomedical diagnostic fields and the like.

  • Publication number: 20210396678
Abstract: The present invention relates to a bacteriophage-based gold nanohalo structure and a fabrication method therefor, and more particularly to a SERS-active gold nanohalo structure in which gold nanoparticles are regularly arranged on bacteriophage MS2, and a fabrication method therefor. The gold nanohalo structure according to the present invention may generate a consistent SERS signal due to regular arrangement of hot spots between the gold nanoparticles, and may be effectively used in the development of a SERS-based detection system.

  • Patent number: 9751910
Abstract: The present invention relates to a method for preparing metal nanostructures using DNA, and more particularly, to a method for preparing metal nanostructures, in which a self-assembling DNA is used as a frame, and thus the orientation, shape and size of the nanostructures are easily controlled compared to conventional bottom-up methods. Metal nanostructures prepared by the method show excellent localized surface plasmon resonance properties, and thus can be used as fluorescent substances in drug delivery, biomedical imaging, and supersensitive biosensors.
