    Abstract: Disclosed in the present disclosure are an IP flow migration method, device and system. The method comprises: a policy and charging rule function (PCRF) entity obtaining trigger information, the trigger information comprising deleting information of an access network from a multi-access IP-CAN session; the PCRF entity determining whether to send instruction information to a policy and charging execution function (PCEF) entity according to the trigger information, the instruction information comprising instructing the PCEF entity to delete an access network from the multi-access IP-CAN session, such that the PCEF entity initiates a process of deleting an access network from the multi-access IP-CAN session. Thus, when a network policy is changed, or when a UE contract is changed, an access network may be deleted from the multi-access IP-CAN session. Therefore, the problem in which IP flow migration cannot be canceled when a network policy is changed, or when a UE contract is changed, can be prevented.

According to the method, when a Wireless Local Area Networks (WLAN) access network is a Trusted WLAN Access Network (TWAN), the TWAN transmits identifier information of a user equipment (UE) to an Equipment Identifier Register (EIR). The identifier information of the UE is configured to enable the EIR to check the identifier information of the UE. The TWAN receives a check result transmitted by the EIR and performs an Evolved Packet Core (EPC) access procedure on the UE according to the check result.

In the disclosure, an MAG can notify an LMA of access network location information of a UE in a PMIPv6 architecture, and a GTP peer can notify a correspondent GTP peer of access network location information of a UE in a GTP architecture.

    Abstract: A User Equipment (UE), network-side device, system and method are disclosed for external authentication using an Extensible Authentication Protocol (EAP). The method includes, when the UE is initially attached to an Evolved Packet System (EPS) network via an Evolved UMTS Terrestrial Radio Access Network (E-UTRAN), the UE transmitting EAP authentication information required for the EAP authentication to a packet data network gateway and, after receiving EAP request, the UE transmitting a bearing resource modification request message carrying EAP response to the packet data network gateway. With the method, the UE can use the EAP authentication to implement authentication and authorization by an external authentication and authorization server via a GGSN/PDN GW in a process of connecting the UE to the EPS via a 3GPP access.
