The tobacco particle comprise includes a particle body and a shell wrapped on the particle body. A carrier is distributed in the particle body and/or the shell. The carrier includes at least one of a raw tobacco material, a non-tobacco material, and a porous material. The carrier carries a smoking agent, and the smoking agent includes a tobacco extract and/or an atomizer. In addition, a preparation method of the low-temperature smoking body is further disclosed. The low-temperature smoking body has better smoking stability and uniformity, and the tobacco particles having core-shell structures can effectively solve the problem of liquid leakage.

    Abstract: This invention discloses a method for adding tobacco dust in production process of the papermaking tobacco sheet and its equipment. The tobacco dust is added in 5-30% weight at four process points such as the pipeline from the slurry stabilization box to the slurry flow box, the long-net of the papermaking machine, the position from the vacuum couch to the first press, and the coating position on the papermaking machine. This invention adopts a method for adding the tobacco dust in production process of papermaking tobacco sheet, which has well improved its physical performances including the filling capacity of the papermaking tobacco sheet and solved smoking problems of the papermaking tobacco sheet, such as worse inherent quality, heavy stemy note, insipid tobacco aroma and etc. In addition, this method has also offered a good way to well utilize tobacco dust resource in sizes of 2 mm-100 mesh, which is abnegated in cigarette production, to save resource and to reduce the cigarette cost.

The technical arrangement of this invention are: (a). to immerge and to extract tobacco stem and leaf scrap respectively by water-soluble solvents to respectively obtain solid tobacco stem and solid leaf scrap, and tobacco stem extract and leaf scrap extract via solid/liquid separation; (b). to defibrilate solid tobacco stem and solid leaf scrap respectively, to mix the obtained tobacco stem fiber and leaf scrap fiber and combined with dust to prepare fiber base; (c). to wholly or partly abnegate the tobacco stem extract obtained by Step (a), and to evaporated and to concentrate other extracts that then are sprayed or immerged to coat the formed fiber base that is then dried, threshed and shaped. The tobacco sheet production process offered by this invention has improved the tobacco sheet's filling capacity and its sensory quality.
