    Abstract: A cooling structure of a high-speed cup-shaped wheel includes a base and a blade ring. The blade ring is arranged on the base and is fixedly connected to the base. The blade ring is provided with a plurality of water channel groups, which is sequentially arranged at intervals in a circumferential direction of the blade ring. Each of the water channel groups includes two or more inner water channels, which are sequentially arranged at intervals in the circumferential direction of the blade ring, and the width of each of the two or more inner water channels in a radial direction of the blade ring is gradually increased. The cooling structure allows cooling water to cover the entire working surface to improve the cooling efficiency for the working surface and also to effectively improve the utilization efficiency of the cooling water.

    Abstract: A tool-cooling mechanism includes a grinding tool. The grinding tool is provided with a converging disc, and the converging disc rotates with the grinding tool to draw external cooling water into the grinding tool for convergence, and then radially conveys the cooling water as converged toward an inner wall of the grinding tool, such that the cooling water can flow to a grinding surface along the inner wall of the grinding tool. The cooling water is allowed to enter via a water inlet and cool the grinding surface smoothly even when the grinding tool is rotating at a high speed, such that the cooling water can be prevented from passing through the grinding tool axially and failing to cool the grinding surface. In addition, the grinding surface is cooled after the cooling water as dispersed and atomized by the rotation of the grinding tool is converged.

    Abstract: A grinding tool and a manufacturing method thereof are disclosed. The grinding tool includes a plurality of thin teeth (2) which are sequentially spliced and stacked to form an annular structure, wherein every two adjacent thin teeth (2) are fixedly connected, and a groove body (4) is formed between every two adjacent thin teeth (2). The narrower and the more the groove bodies of the grinding tool are, the better the cooling effect is, thus the better the chip-removal effect is.
