Abstract: Disclosed in embodiments of the present application is a power adjustment method, comprising: determining variation values of a plurality of sample movement parameters during operation of a terminal; if a maximum variation value among the variation values of the plurality of sample movement parameters is greater than a preset threshold, obtaining a foreground application running currently; determining from a preset power set a target power value corresponding to the foreground application; and adjusting a current signal transmission power of the terminal based on the target power value.
