    Abstract: The present invention provides a system for recovering protein in a production process of an ultrahigh maltose syrup, including a saccharification tank, an enzyme preparation tank, a first plate heat exchanger, a second plate heat exchanger, a plate and frame filter, a buffer tank and a rotary drum filter. The present invention further provides a method of recovering protein by using the system. After the sugar liquid in the saccharification tank is stood, the protein floats at the upper part of the saccharification tank and the lower liquid is clear and transparent and thus the sugar liquid can be directly filtered. When the saccharification tank is discharged, the lower liquid is firstly discharged with the remaining liquid being bottoms containing protein. During a production process, enzymatic hydrolysis is performed for the sugar liquid containing protein before filtration to improve the filtration effect of the sugar liquid. Assisted by the plate and frame filter, protein can be recovered.

    Abstract: The present invention relates to a sweetener liquid for preventing and relieving intestinal sugar alcohol intolerance. The sweetener liquid per 100ml includes 0.01 to 0.04 g of low-esterification pectin, 0.01 g to 0.1 g of ?-carrageenan, 0.01 g to 0.3 g of locust bean gum, 30 g to 60 g of xylitol, 5 g to 15 g of maltitol and 1 g to 10 g of sorbitol and remaining water; the low-esterification pectin is a pectin concentrate including, based on parts by weight, 15 parts of calcium citrate, 60 parts of low-molecular-weight pectin, 85 parts of ethylene glycol, 5 parts of carboxymethyl cellulose sodium and 30 parts of sodium citrate; the low-molecular-weight pectin includes a low-sugar fruit juice and a lemon juice; the sweetener liquid has a pH of 5-6.5 and a viscosity of 0.1 to 25 mPa•S. The present invention further provides a method of preparing a sweetener liquid and an application thereof.

    Abstract: The present invention provides a method of preparing a sorbitol liquid and a liquid polyol using a maltitol raffinate. The method includes the steps of: obtaining a saccharification liquid by adding glucoamylase to the maltitol raffinate for saccharification; obtaining a fermentation liquid by adding a dry yeast to the above saccharification liquid for fermentation; obtaining the sorbitol liquid and the liquid polyol by performing decolorization filtration and membrane separation for the above fermentation liquid. The present invention can fully utilize the maltitol raffinate to increase its added value. Further, the method is simple, practical and low in costs.
