Abstract: An unit narrow board glue application device and method suitable for high-frequency hot pressing of solid wood edge glued panel is disclosed, including a transverse chain feeding device, a longitudinal roller feeding device and a gluing device. The transverse chain feeding device includes a fixed chain transport mechanism and a movable chain transport mechanism. The longitudinal roller feeding device includes the lifting power roller assembly, the longitudinal feed roller assembly and the pneumatic compression roller assemblies. The gluing device includes a glue pump, a glue application head, and a pneumatic slide table. The front end face of the hollow structure glue application head has a number of small round holes for glue liquid discharge and horizontal glue guiding grooves. The disclosure has a high degree of automation, can give full play to the efficiency of the high-frequency hot press, and is conducive to the intelligent manufacturing of solid wood furniture.

The system includes a web apparatus, a flash apparatus and a client. The flash apparatus and the web apparatus are capable of calling each other and are at the same status in the client, thus respective functions can be fully utilized. The flash apparatus and the web apparatus are capable of accessing resources of the client directly, which improves the access efficiency.

Abstract: A pulverizing grinder used in the industrial processing of partially processed, or raw, silicon ore to achieve finely powdered silicon or silicon compound. It involves several parts, primarily an electric motor and a disc and blade arrangement driven by the motor, to achieve a finely ground silicon powder material. The upper part of case contains the electric motor, which dives a shaft that extends to a lower part of the case. The revolving shaft of electric motor is connected with the main shaft inside the case. At least one tier of rotating disc is fastened to the bottom of the shaft. Each disc has an even number of blades, each of which is positioned by suitable anchor fixture. The grinding or pulverizing of the silicon material is achieved by the high speed rotation of the discs and the impact of the blades on the material.
