Abstract: The present application provides a video frame transmission method, apparatus, electronic device, and readable storage medium, and relates to the field of Internet of Vehicles, comprising: transmitting a first video frame of a target video to a target device at a reference frame rate; acquiring time delay of the first video frame; determining, according to the time delay, target frame rate of a second video frame to be transmitted in the target video; transmitting the second video frame to the target device at the target frame rate. By dynamically adjusting the transmission frame rate of the video frame in the method, the time delay of the video frame from creation to display on the target device is reduced, thereby ensuring the presentation effect of the video on the target device.
