    Abstract: Embodiments of the present invention provide a network device and a data backhaul implementation system and method, which can implement centralized and dynamic allocation of backhaul resources in a network and improve a data backhaul capacity of the entire network. The method includes: obtaining, according to channel state information, a backhaul request of a second network device, and residual backhaul capability information of a third network device, backhaul control information used for controlling the second network device and the third network device to backhaul data, where the backhaul control information includes backhaul network topology control information and physical resource allocation information; and sending the backhaul control information to the second network device and the third network device, so that the second network device and the third network device backhaul data according to the backhaul control information.

The method includes: receiving, by a third-party node in a specified first spectrum, a request message sent by a network side device that belongs to an operator different from an operator of the third-party node, where the request message is used to request the third-party node to forward data that is transmitted between the network side device and a terminal served by the network side device; returning, by the third-party node, a response message to the network side device in the first spectrum after the third-party node determines to accept the request of the network side device; and forwarding, by the third-party node in a second spectrum, the data that is transmitted between the network side device and the terminal, where the second spectrum is a spectrum of the operator to which the network side device belongs.

    Abstract: The present invention discloses a method including: obtaining downtilt coordination information of a local cell and downtilt coordination information of a neighbor cell; and setting, according to the downtilt coordination information of the local cell and the downtilt coordination information of the neighbor cell, a downtilt of a time-frequency resource block on an antenna of the local cell with respect to a to-be-coordinated user equipment. The downtilt coordination information of the local cell and that of the neighbor cell are referenced to for setting the downtilt of the time-frequency resource block on the antenna of the local cell with respect to the to-be-coordinated user equipment, which avoids interference on user equipments within a service range of the neighbor cell while ensuring signal received power and SINR experience for user equipments within a service range of the local cell.

    Abstract: A method, a device and a system for signal transmission are disclosed in embodiments of the present invention. The method comprises: selecting a multiplexing mode of signals to be transmitted by a cell according to interference strength received by the cell and/or interference strength received by a neighboring cell; notifying a receiver of the multiplexing mode of the signals to be transmitted by the cell; and transmitting the signals to be transmitted by the cell according to the multiplexing mode of the signals to be transmitted by the cell. Through the signal transmission method, device and system provided herein, the multiplexing mode is selected adaptively according to the interference strength. Therefore, the inter-cell interference is reduced, the reliability of channel detection is improved, the system complexity is reduced, and the cost is saved.
