A first audio buffer based upon the DTMF is created. The audio buffer is provided for output.

    Abstract: The disclosure generally relates to a method and apparatus for energy harvest from a proximity coupling device (PCD) by a proximity integrated circuit card. In one embodiment, the PICC includes an integrated BLE. The BLE may be exclusively charged by the external magnetic field received from the PCD. The PCD may be configured to detect when the PICC is nearby and increase its duty cycle to thereby increase the magnetic field imposed on the PICC. The PICC may include circuitry to receive and convert the magnetic field to electric potential or voltage. The voltage may be store at a capacitor for BLE's usage.

    Abstract: Power transmitting unit (PTU) usable with a wireless power transfer system to supply power and maintain a control signaling link to a local power receiving unit (PRU). A cross-connection circumstance between the PTU and a remote PRU is determined, where a control signaling link between the PTU and the remote PRU is established in an absence of power transmission to the remote PRU from the PTU. In response to the cross-connection circumstance, the control signaling link with the remote PRU is terminated while the supply of power and the control signaling link with the local PRU is maintained. In a related embodiment, a wrong-placement characteristic where power is transferred to a rogue local PRU in an absence of a control signaling link with that PRU, is detected. In response, the supply of power is maintained for at least a waiting period.

    Abstract: The disclosure generally relates to methods, system and apparatus to detect a rogue object placed on an A4WP charging pad (interchangeably, charging mat). In one embodiment, presence of a rogue object on a charging pad is detected by measuring currents and voltages from sensor circuits on PTU and apply machine learning algorithms to develop power leakage algorithm. The algorithm identifies false objects placed on the charging pad and obviates false alarm while simultaneously detecting presence of a rogue object which can damage the A4WP wireless charging system.
