Abstract: The present invention belongs to the field of biomass, and provides a method of ethanol fermentation with cellulose at high-solids loading. The method includes: mixing lignocellulose A treated with NaOH-enhanced ethanol solution and lignocellulose B treated with AlCl3-enhanced ethanol solution, adding water, and mixing to obtain a mixed cellulose solution; then adding a nutrient salt, sterilizing, saccharifying and fermenting, and supplementing mixed cellulose in the fermentation process; and after the completion of material supplementation, mixing the mixed cellulose and water according to a mass ratio of (30-45):100.

Abstract: A method for generating lower-dimension graph representations is disclosed. The may include obtaining a graph having at least one primary node, a plurality of secondary nodes, and a plurality of edges connecting the at least one primary node to the plurality of secondary nodes. Further, the method may include determining the graph as at least one of a sparse graph or a dense graph, using primary connectivity data and secondary connectivity data associated with the graph; and augmenting the graph with the secondary connectivity data to produce an augmented graph, based on the graph being the sparse graph. The secondary connectivity data may be indicative of a set of knowledge graphs associated with the plurality of secondary nodes. Furthermore, the method may include generating the lower-dimension graph representations for the augmented graph.

Information is received that identifies one or more applications and associated identity authenticators and a whitelist of the identified applications and authenticators is created. A request for an access token is received from a requesting application. If the requesting application is listed in the whitelist, an authenticator associated with the requesting application is determined and a request for an access token is sent to the associated authenticator. In response to the request, an access token is received from the authenticator and the access token is sent to the requesting application. If the requesting application is not listed in the whitelist, a predefined response message is sent to the requesting application.

In an Elastic computing environment, scalable and dynamic external computing resources can be used in order to effectively extend the computing capabilities beyond that which can be provided by internal computing resources of a computing system or environment. Machine learning can be used to automatically determine whether to allocate each individual portion of executable code (e.g., a Weblet) for execution to either internal computing resources of a computing system (e.g., a computing device) or external resources of an dynamically scalable computing resource (e.g., a Cloud). By way of example, status and preference data can be used to train a supervised learning mechanism to allow a computing device to automatically allocate executable code to internal and external computing resources of an Elastic computing environment.
