    Abstract: The present disclosure provides a system and a method for measuring hot-spot temperature of a transformer, wherein the measurement system comprises a processor, an oscilloscope and a plurality of ultrasonic sensors, wherein the ultrasonic sensors are oppositely arranged on an outer wall of a transformer oil tank and electrically connected with the oscilloscope, and the oscilloscope is electrically connected with the processor; the ultrasonic sensors receive signals transmitted by the oppositely arranged ultrasonic sensors and transmit them to the oscilloscope. The method, by applying an ultrasonic wave to measure the hot-spot temperature of a transformer in real time, solves the problems that methods in the prior art are susceptible to the external environment, have short service life and cannot correctly measure the internal temperature of the transformer.

    Abstract: Disclosed in the present invention is an aluminum plated steel sheet, comprising a substrate and a plating layer on the surface of the substrate. The microstructure of the plating layer comprises a Mg2Si phase and an AlMgSiFe phase; and an average grain diameter of the Mg2Si phase is 0.001-5 ?m. The present invention can alleviate the problem of melting-induced roller sticking and hydrogen embrittlement risk in a thermoforming process of the aluminum plated steel sheet. The present invention further provides a manufacturing method for the aluminum plated steel sheet, and a thermoformed component and a manufacturing method therefor.

    Abstract: The disclosure belongs to the field of semiconductor photoreceptors, in particular to a near-infrared-visible light adjustable image sensor. By adding a transfer transistor, the disclosure integrates a silicon-based photoelectric diode and a silicon germanium-based photoelectric diode on the same chip to realize that the silicon-based photoelectric diode and a silicon germanium-based photoelectric diode are controlled by the same readout circuit at different time, thus widening the spectrum response scope of the photoreceptor, realizing high integration and multifunction of the chip and reducing the manufacturing cost of the chip.
