    Abstract: An electrical card connector (1) for receiving an electrical card (100) includes a longitudinal insulative housing (10) and a plurality of conductive contacts (20) received in the insulative housing. Each contact includes a contact portion (204) projecting beyond the insulative housing. The electrical card is pressed to contact with the conductive contacts. A holding piece (30) is received in a rear portion of the insulative housing and provided for holding the electrical card.
