Abstract: An oil pumping unit with pinion reciprocating on rack has a base, a housing, crown block, a steel wire rope, a motor, a reducer, a pinion, and a rack. Rack seats are fixed on the inner sides of the front portion of the housing and the rack is secured on the rack seats. The two inner sides of the housing are guiding rails for the reciprocating frame. At each of the four corners of the reciprocating frame, a horizontal guiding wheel and a longitudinal guiding wheel are mounted, connecting to a pendulous frame via a hinge. The rear interior portion of the housing has a power cable box mounted, in the middle of which is an opening. Shelves are mounted on the upper portion of the housing. The steel wire rope (5) passes through the shelves.

Abstract: The Ring Rack Oil Pumping Machine is comprised of: a base, a frame mounted on the base, a roller mounted at the frame top, a sprocket case connects to the middle of the frame; a input shaft having a lower sprocket and a drive shaft having an upper sprocket are installed at the bottom and top of the sprocket case respectively, the upper sprocket and lower sprocket are connected by a chain; a guide wheel, track gear and centralizer wheel are mounted in sequence on the end of the drive shaft extended out of the sprocket case; the track gear meshes with a rack, a slide rail is mounted with the frame, and a sliding base (21) connected with the slide rail (20) moveably. Comparing to currently using pumping units, this invention features simple structure, high safety and reliability, upgraded efficiency, easy maintenance, smooth running and high durability.

Abstract: A well rig lifting system and a hydraulic energy-storing well rig lifting system, wherein a high pressure energy-storing cylinder and a composite cylinder or cylinder group are used to carry out the lifting and lowering operations. During the lifting operation, a power machine under a substantially constant load continuously pumps oil to the energy-storing cylinder, and communication relationships of the energy-storing cylinder with various chambers of the composite cylinder or cylinder group is selected to provide an appropriate lifting force to lift the pipe string. Therefore, the installed capacity of the power machine can be reduced to 1/3-1/4 of that in a conventional lifting system.
