In this application, for a specified data frame including one or more direct current (DC) subcarriers or a field in the data frame, the signal is sampled in a first time period to obtain at least one first sampling point, the signal is sampled in a second time period after the first time period to obtain at least one second sampling point corresponding to the at least one first sampling point, and then the estimated value of the Rx DC component is obtained based on the at least one first sampling point, the at least one second sampling point, and a normalized frequency offset.

The first indication information includes a frequency channel number of a start sub-band in all discrete sub-bands of a serving cell in which the terminal is currently located, a bitmap representing whether each sub-band in a frequency band belongs to the serving cell, and a frequency spacing between sub-bands in the frequency band. The frequency band is a frequency band to which all the discrete sub-bands of the serving cell belong. The network device sends second indication information to the terminal, wherein the second indication information is used to indicate a sub-band available to the terminal in all the discrete sub-bands of the serving cell.

The method includes: sending, by a base station, a grouping instruction to a target terminal, where the grouping instruction is used to group, in a preset grouping manner, terminals in a cell in which the target terminal is located into N groups, totally or partially different resources are allocated to terminals in different groups of the N groups, and a resource corresponding to an ith group of the N groups is used by a terminal in the ith group in uplink non-scheduled transmission; and receiving data that is sent by the target terminal using a target resource. In the solutions, terminals in a cell are grouped, and terminals in a same group contend for a resource allocated to the group. This mitigates resource collision when an uplink non-scheduled transmission solution is used.
