  • Patent number: 11012920
Abstract: An access point that implements operating modes in which beacons may be selectively disabled. Beacons may be disabled when no device is actively associated through the access point. Beacons may be enabled in response to one or more triggers, which may include events such as a client forming an association through the access point following a probe request message identifying the access point. In addition, active beaconing may be triggered by user input or may occur during periodic brief intervals that allow client devices to discover the network identifier for the access point. Selective control of beaconing may lead to more effective wireless communication, particularly in areas where users congregate with computers implementing soft APs for personal networks.

Abstract: A magnetic core for an electric motor has a ring-shaped yoke, teeth extending outwardly from the yoke, and a tooth tip extending from a distal end of each tooth. The core is formed from curved or coils strip laminations having teeth arranged in tooth groups. Each group has four tooth types arranged sequentially. Each tooth has left and right half tooth tips. The length of the half tooth tips vary according to tooth type. When assembled, first type tooth overlap with third type teeth and second type teeth overlap with fourth type teeth, whereby the opening of the winding slot is narrowed compared to laminations having all identical teeth.

  • Patent number: 10340758
Abstract: A permanent magnet motor has a number of permanent magnets forming permanent magnet poles. Each magnet has an outer surface that is an arc surface with a convex middle. An inner surface of the magnet is a curved surface with a concave middle. The curved surface has an arc surface section and two planar surface sections. The arc surface has a pole arc angle ? of 0.7 to 0.96, and the ratio of an arc angle ? of the arc surface section to the pole arc angle ? is 0.15 to 0.35. The shape of the inner surface of the magnet creates uneven air gaps between the rotor poles and the stator core poles. This reduces cogging torque, increases the motor efficiency, and reduces the motor noise.

  • Patent number: 10291087
Abstract: An electric motor has a wound stator and an outer rotor. A core of the stator has outer and inner annular portions. Tooth portions extend radially outwardly from the outer annular portion. Connecting arms interconnect the outer and inner annular portions. The width of the connecting arms is less than the width of the tooth portions. The ratio of tooth height L1 to distance between the roots of adjacent teeth L3 is in the range of 1.0 and 1.3. The ratio of tooth width T3 to L3 is in the range of 0.8 and 1.0. The ratio of tooth length T1 to L3 is in the range of 0.5 and 0.6. The ratio of T3 to outer diameter of the stator core D is in the range of 0.07 and 0.1.

  • Patent number: 10284045
Abstract: An electric motor has stator with a core of magnetic material, a winding frame covering the core and windings wound around the winding frame. The core has an annular yoke and a plurality of teeth that extend radially outwardly from the yoke. The winding frame is an overmolded structure and has an insulation part that covers the core, a supporting part disposed inward of the insulation part and a plurality of ribs that connect the insulation part and the supporting part. A reinforcing ring is embedded in the supporting part. The strength of the reinforcing ring is higher than the strength of the winding frame. Thus material utilization is improved and the weight of the stator is reduced while ensuring the strength of the supporting part.

  • Patent number: 9964717
Abstract: Device and method are provided to align and bond a lens array to a PD array with high precision, which can implement aligning and bonding of the lens array automatically. A telescopic rod of the stepping actuator is adjusted until photosensitive areas of the PD array form a clear image on the image acquisition CCD through the lens array, an adjusted distance h1 of the telescopic rod is recorded, and a position coordinate (xn, yn) of center of each circular photosensitive area in the image may be obtained, and a slope k1 of a line connecting the centers of the photosensitive areas is calculated. The telescopic rod is adjusted again, and a slope k2 of a line connecting the centers of the apertures of the lens array is calculated. Based on calculated values ?xn, ?yn, arctan(k1)?arctan(k2), the high-resolution adjustment stage is adjusted to adjust position of the lens array.
