Abstract: A rod of an umbrella is a rod having a tail end and an extension rod having two ends; one end of the extension rod is detachably connected to the tail end of the rod; the rod is a hollow tube in which the extension rod is inserted, a limiting mechanism is located inside the rod for limiting insertion of the extension rod; the extension rod is made of rigid material or elastic material. When in use, the assembly can be completed by inserting the extension rod into the tail end of the rod, so that the rod becomes longer and is very easy to use. In the present invention, the rod is simple and reasonable in structure and easy and quick for operation and assembly, which can greatly increase the shading area, meet the functional requirements of the product, and reduce the packaging and transportation costs.

The ultra-large area scanning reactive ion etching machine includes: an injection chamber, an etching reaction chamber, a transition chamber, and an etching ion generation chamber. By moving a sample holder among the injection chamber, the etching reaction chamber and the transition chamber in a scanning direction, a scanning etching is performed on a sample placed on the sample holder, which may realize a large-area, uniform and efficient etching.

Each long rod has a first end which is detachably connected to the upper nest through one rod connector, and each short rod has a first end which is detachably connected to the lower nest through one rod connector and a second end which is detachably connected to the middle portion of the corresponding long rod through one connecting mechanism. The present invention is simple and reasonable in structure and easy to operate. During disassembling, it is only necessary to disassemble the elastic connecting pins from the connecting mechanisms, and the long rods and the short rods can be quickly disassembled from the nests without using any tool.

The stand of the present invention can be machined in various way and can be in various shapes, and is novel in appearance, easy to machine, firm and stable in positioning, and low in cost.
