    Abstract: A method for preparing aluminum fluoride and aluminum oxide by decarburization and sodium removal of an aluminum electrolysis carbon residue is disclosed. The method includes: crushing the aluminum electrolysis carbon residue into fine particles not larger than 3 mm, adding decarburization agent into the carbon residue, mixing to obtain first mixture, adding the first mixture into a high-temperature furnace, conducting I-stage heating treatment in air atmosphere to obtain crude fluoride salt A; adding sodium removal agent into the crude fluoride salt A, mixing to obtain second mixture, adding the second mixture into high-temperature furnace, and conducting II-stage heating treatment to obtain crude fluoride salt B; adding the crude fluoride salt B into stirring tank, adding industrial pure water, dissolving a sodium salt into water, and conducting solid-liquid separation to obtain precipitate C and sodium salt solution D; drying the precipitate C to obtain aluminum fluoride and aluminum oxide.

    Abstract: A wafer transfer cassette and an automated wafer transfer system. The wafer transfer cassette includes a wafer storage frame configured to accommodate wafers, a base, a casing, a cover and a rotary coupling mechanism. The base and the casing are fixedly connected to each other and together define a cavity in which the wafer storage frame is accommodated. The casing defines an opening through which a wafer can be placed in or taken out. The cover is pivotally coupled to the casing by means of the rotary coupling mechanism so that when the rotary coupling mechanism is rotated, the cover slides on the base and thus opens or closes the opening.

    Abstract: A flyback control mode-based controller includes a power supply circuit, a position-checking circuit, a current-checking circuit, a control circuit, and a power output circuit. The power output circuit includes a controlled energy conversion unit. The energy conversion unit includes a control switch and an energy conversion circuit. The energy conversion circuit uses the capacitor C circuit, the inductor L circuit, or the LC circuit to connect parallelly or serially with an inductor in a motor winding L so as to form an oscillation circuit, such that periodic oscillations with attenuation are enabled by relying on the energy stored in the motor winding L. By applying the controller to motors having forward control mode or motors having flyback control mode, the current to be released by the motor during discharging can be repeated used, thereby achieving maximum energy conservation.

    Abstract: A head acoustic device and a sound channel reproducing method discloses a multichannel acoustic device, especially a headset-multichannel acoustic device applying bone conduction speaker and a sound channel reproducing method. The headset-multichannel acoustic device of this invention includes a supporting frame and a vibration device on the frame, in which, the vibration device is a bone conduction speaker. The advantage of the present invention is that the sense of personally on the scene can be got by using the multichannel surround acoustic technology or by using the bone conduction speakers on different positions of bone and multichannel acoustic technology. On the other hand, it enables people with hearing handicap recover the ability of hearing music.
