    Abstract: A method for repairing surface smoothness of heat-bent glass includes: providing a fluid which is transparent and solid at room temperature on an inner side of a heat-bent clear glass used for manufacturing a screen protector of an electronic device; by utilizing a mold having a pattern corresponding to the surface smoothness of a screen of the electronic device, pressing the inner side of the heat-bent clear glass and at the same time processing the fluid on the inner side of the heat-bent clear glass through a molding process so that the fluid fill a curved and uneven surface of the inner side of the heat-bent clear glass; and curing the fluid so that the inner surface of the heat-bent clear glass has a curvature and smoothness that match the curvature and smoothness of the screen of the electronic device.

    Abstract: The present disclosure relates to a sheet structure for protecting the screen of an electronic device with a curved surface. The sheet structure includes a back plate, an adhesive layer, and a heat-bent clear glass sheet in the order from the side contacting the screen of the electronic device towards the other side of the sheet structure. The back plate is made by measuring and copying the curvature of the curved surface of the electronic device. The adhesive layer is made of an organic compound and used for sticking the back plate and the heat-bent clear glass sheet together and at the same time filling the concave surface of the heat-beat clear glass sheet. The heat-bent clear glass sheet complements the curved surface of the electronic device through the adhesive layer so as to protect the curved surface of the electronic device when adhering thereto.

    Abstract: A gel composition, a manufacturing method thereof, a tempered glass protective film and an electronic device are provided. The gel composition is processed by mixing a thermoplastic elastomer and oil, heating and stirring, using mixer to plastify and performing vacuum defoaming. The gel composition of the present disclosure is soft, and of which the hardness is smaller than 10 and the elastic modulus is about 1.2 Gpa. The gel composition can be completely filled in between the tempered glass and the electronic visual display after applying the tempered glass on the electronic visual display, so as to achieve the complete adherence without any air bubbles.
