    Abstract: The present invention relates to a protein formulation, a preparation method therefor and a use thereof. The formulation is an aqueous solvent, and comprises: (1) a cytokine protein having a concentration of greater than 1 mg/ml; (2) poly (ethylene glycol)-distearoylphosphatidyl-ethanolamine (PEG-DSPE); and (3) an essential pH regulator/buffer. The cytokine includes but is not limited to: IL2, IL4, IL7, IL9, IL10, IL15, IL21, G-CSF, GM-CSF, IFN, EPO, GF, and TNF. The formulation is used for preparing drugs or formulations administered by means of subcutaneous injection.
