    Abstract: Provided is an unbalanced sample data preprocessing method, which includes: a data acquisition request is received and initial data is acquired according to the data acquisition request, and the initial data is classified according to a preset classification rule to obtain first-class sample sets and second-class sample sets; characteristics of K first sample points extracted are analyzed to obtain a new data characteristic of the first-class sample sets; a new data label of the first-class sample sets is generated according to a first label corresponding to the first-class sample sets; a ratio between the number of first-class sample sets and the number of second-class sample sets is calculated; and new data of the first-class sample sets is generated according to the new data characteristic and the new data label, and the amount of new data is adjusted according to the ratio to increase the number of first-class sample sets.

    Abstract: The present application relates to artificial intelligence, and discloses a text classification method, including: preprocessing original text data to obtain a text vector; matching a tag to the text vector to obtain a tagged text vector and an untagged text vector; inputting the tagged text vector into a BERT model to obtain a word vector feature; training the untagged text vector with a convolution neural network model according to the word vector feature to obtain a virtually tagged text vector; and using a random forest model to perform multi-tag classification on the tagged text vector and the virtually tagged text vector to obtain a text classification result. This oil sealing ring comprises a base ring (2) with a split. An elastic ring (3) is provided in the inner circumference surface of the base ring. A radially outward annular flange (18) is provided in the outer circumference surface of the base ring. An axially upward annular projecting part (19) is provided in the area beyond the outer circumference surface of the projecting part (19). The splits of said disc ring (1) and said base ring (2) are respectively staggered from each other. This oil sealing ring can effectively prevent the leakage of the oil and the gas.
