Abstract: This application relates to the field of vehicles, and specifically, to a heat management apparatus, a control method for the heat management apparatus, and a vehicle. The heat management apparatus includes: a first heat exchange unit, where the first heat exchange unit is provided with an energy storage material, and the first heat exchange unit is connected to a battery cell by using a heat conducting pipe; and a second heat exchange unit including a first cooling pipe internally provided with a refrigerant, where at least a part of the first cooling pipe is configured in the energy storage material. The heat management apparatus can meet heat dissipation and heating requirements of a battery in various working conditions, fully utilize energy of the battery, reduce power consumption of the battery, and reduce a safety risk caused due to an excessively high temperature of a battery cell.

Abstract: A battery state of health estimation method, where an aging state of any one or more battery cells in a battery pack can be estimated. The method may be applied to an intelligent vehicle, a new energy vehicle, and a connected vehicle. When the battery pack is unavailable, an aging state of each battery cell is estimated by using the solution provided in the present disclosure. An obtained estimation result can provide a recycling guide for the battery cell to improve secondary utilization of the battery cell in the battery pack.
