  • Publication number: 20240042053
Abstract: Disclosed herein are glycoconjugates having a cell-binding agent, such as an antibody, conjugating to a payload, such as a drug. The drug is conjugated to the cell-binding agent through an oligosaccharide linker. The glycoconjugates conjugated through the oligosaccharide linkers disclosed herein exhibit improved properties over prior glycoconjugates.

  • Publication number: 20230372528
Abstract: This disclosure relates to glycoconjugates comprising glycosylated cell-binding agents conjugated to pyrrolobenzodiazepine (PBD) payloads. Glycoconjugates of particular interest include conjugates where the cell-binding agent is an antibody and the payload comprises a cytotoxic pyrrolobenzodiazepine (PBD) moiety, with the PBD moiety conjugated to the antibody via an oligosaccharide linker. The disclosure also relates to methods for preparing the glycoconjugates, along with methods for their use.

  • Publication number: 20220249681
Abstract: Disclosed herein are dual drug antibody drug conjugates with defined stoichiometric ratios of each drug. The conjugates disclosed herein are useful for the treatment of cancer, particularly drug resistant and multidrug resistance cancer.

  • Publication number: 20120208722
Abstract: Surface enhanced Raman spectroscopy (SERS) platforms and methods of making and using such platforms are disclosed herein. Such platforms can be made by immobilizing a biomaterial (e.g., a carbohydrate such as a glycan) by reacting an azide-functional group attached to a surface of a solid substrate with at least one cyclooctyne (e.g., a dibenzocyclooctyne) having a biomaterial or biomaterial binding group attached thereto. In certain embodiments the immobilized biomaterial can be detected using, for example, surface enhanced Raman spectroscopy.
