Abstract: The present disclosure provides a cutter and a method for machining a tubular component. The cutter for machining a tubular component comprises a cutter body, a first cutter portion and a second cutter portion being provided on a front end in a longitudinal direction of the cutter body, the first cutter portion extending along the longitudinal direction of the cutter body, and the second cutter portion being located on a rear side of the first cutter portion in the longitudinal direction and protruding from a main side surface of the cutter body in a direction substantially perpendicular to the main side surface.

Abstract: A bar length detection tool and a method for detecting a length of a bar are provided, the bar length detection tool comprises: a substrate, a first bearing seat and a second bearing seat oppositely disposed on the substrate, and a micrometer; wherein a positioning device is rotatably connected to the first bearing seat, a mounting plate is rotatably connected to the second bearing seat, and the first bearing seat and the second bearing seat are each provided with at least two needle bearings.
