    Abstract: A catalyst for continuous production of 1,1,1,3-tetrachloropropane through gas-solid reaction as well as a preparation method and use thereof are provided. The catalyst includes a zero-valent iron and phosphorus co-modified carbon material which includes a carbon material as a carrier, a zero-valent iron supported onto the carrier and serving as an active component, and a phosphate functional group formed on the surface of the carbon material. The preparation method includes: co-modifying a carbon material using a ferric salt and organic phosphorus to obtain the catalyst for continuous production of 1,1,1,3-tetrachloropropane through gas-solid reaction. The present application further provides a method for continuous production of 1,1,1,3-tetrachloropropane through gas-solid reaction.

    Abstract: The present disclosure relates a method for preventing agglomeration in a mixture of xylitol and calcium aspartate. The method includes the following steps: first adjusting and measuring water activities of xylitol particles and calcium aspartate particles; then mixing the calcium aspartate particles with a water activity in a range of 0.50-0.52 with the xylitol particles with a water activity in a range of 0.48-0.56 to obtain a mixture of xylitol and calcium aspartate; or mixing the calcium aspartate particles with a water activity in a range of 0.52-0.58 with the xylitol particles with a water activity in a range of 0.50-0.60 to obtain a mixture of xylitol and calcium aspartate; or adding maltitol particles in a weight ratio of 5%-20% to a total mass of the xylitol particles and the maltitol particles to the mixture of xylitol and calcium aspartate.

    Abstract: The present invention provides a method of preparing a sorbitol liquid and a liquid polyol using a maltitol raffinate. The method includes the steps of: obtaining a saccharification liquid by adding glucoamylase to the maltitol raffinate for saccharification; obtaining a fermentation liquid by adding a dry yeast to the above saccharification liquid for fermentation; obtaining the sorbitol liquid and the liquid polyol by performing decolorization filtration and membrane separation for the above fermentation liquid. The present invention can fully utilize the maltitol raffinate to increase its added value. Further, the method is simple, practical and low in costs.

    Abstract: An energy-saving traction-type elevator and an energy-saving method therefor are presented. The traction-type elevator includes at least one counterbalance unit, each counterbalance unit comprising a traction machine. The traction-type elevator further includes an automatic transmission, a hoist-type lifting mechanism, a power-generating electric motor, and a controller provided in a machine room, and a car, a fixed counterweight and a balancing counterbalance provided in an elevator shaft. The energy-saving method applies the principle of moment balance, whereby adding a separate elevator balancing counterbalance to achieve intelligent counterbalancing of the elevator so that the elevator achieves relative balance, thereby reducing the traction moment and rate of work of the traction machine. When the potential energy of the elevator balancing counter-balance builds up to a high position, the power-generating electric motor can perform centralized power generation, aiding in energy recovery and use.
