Abstract: The present disclosure provides a semiconductor hydrogen sensor and a manufacturing method thereof. The semiconductor hydrogen sensor comprises: a substrate; a gas-sensitive material pattern and a metal electrode pattern arranged in a same layer and distributed alternatingly on a side of the substrate; and a two-dimensional material filter layer arranged on a side surface of the gas-sensitive material pattern and the metal electrode pattern facing away from the substrate.

Abstract: A detection panel and a detection apparatus are provided. The detection panel includes: a cesium iodide scintillator layer, which is not doped with thallium; and a photoelectric detector, which is arranged on a light emission side of the cesium iodide scintillator layer and includes a semiconductor layer; a forbidden band width of a material for forming the semiconductor layer is greater than or equal to 2.3 eV.

Abstract: Disclosed is a laminated substrate for an OLED display device, wherein the laminated substrate includes a substrate and a conductive layer on bottom surface of the substrate. It can eliminate mura caused by discharging and extrusion in pin separation process during the OLED display device production. A method for producing an OLED display device using the laminated substrate and a display device are further disclosed.

Abstract: A vacuum evaporation apparatus comprises a housing, in which a main vacuum cavity, a side vacuum cavity and a switch assembly are disposed. The main vacuum cavity is configured for vacuum evaporation. A tomography detection module for scanning a crucible to be measured and a manipulator for accessing a crucible in main vacuum cavity are disposed in the side vacuum cavity. A switch assembly is disposed between the main vacuum cavity and the side vacuum cavity. Where the switch assembly is opened, the main vacuum cavity and the side vacuum cavity are communicated with each other to enable accessing the crucible. Where the switch assembly is closed, the main vacuum cavity and the side vacuum cavity are separated from each other.
