    Abstract: The present disclosure provides apparatus and method for blind-spot monitoring of vehicle based on rear camera. A blind spot view monitoring apparatus, for a vehicle based on a rear camera, may include an image acquisition unit, a control unit and a display unit. The image acquisition unit is configured to obtain a rear image from a rear camera mounted on a vehicle. The control unit is configured to set a region of interest in the rear image based on a turn signal or a lane departure signal of the vehicle, to determine whether there is a risk of proximity of an object in the region of interest to the vehicle, and to generate a blind spot image based on whether there is the risk of proximity. The display unit is configured to display the blind spot image.

    Abstract: A method is disclosed for adjusting linewidth due to load effect in SADP mandrel etching. A semiconductor structure includes a TEOS layer, an a-Si layer, an SOC layer and a hard mask layer stacked from bottom to top. A photolithography process defines photoresist trench patterns on the photoresist, which includes a dense pattern area and a sparse pattern area, and the photoresist pattern of the photoresist dense pattern area and the photoresist pattern of the photoresist sparse pattern area present a load effect. The photoresist pattern is pretreated to eliminate the load effect. The hard mask layer is etched according to the photoresist pattern after the load effect is eliminated to form a hard mask pattern structure. This application, by pretreating the photoresist before etching, reduces or even eliminates the load effect, and reduces the deviation of post-etch trench linewidth from the designed trench linewidth.

    Abstract: A preparation method of a polymer-derived high-temperature ceramic thin film sensor is provided. A protective layer precursor liquid is prepared by spraying protective layer precursor liquid on the sensitive layer precursor layer, and the protective layer precursor liquid is obtained by mixing TiB2 nano-powder, insulating powder and the precursor liquid. The protective layer precursor layer, a solder and the sensitive layer precursor layer are simultaneously pyrolyzed by a one-time pyrolysis process, and thus a protective layer, the solder joints and the sensitive layer are obtained simultaneously. Thus, there is no need to pyrolyze the sensitive layer first, saving the time for pyrolyzing the sensitive layer.
