    Abstract: A method for filling carbide blades in cutter head by using a carbide blade cutter head filling device. The carbide blade cutter head filling device includes a feeding unit, a storage unit, a loading unit and a discharging unit which are arranged successively. The output end of the feeding unit is matched with the input end of the storage unit through the guide mechanism. The output end of the storage unit faces a conveying tray of the loading unit. The conveying tray is provided with a plurality of group of transition holes for accommodating blades. A receiving mechanism for accommodating a cutter head is arranged below the falling pull plate of the discharging unit. The falling pull plate adjusts the communication and isolation between the transition hole and the cutter head in the receiving mechanism by changing the relative position of the falling pull plate and the transition hole.

    Abstract: The present disclosure provides methods and devices for separation of motile sperm. A method of separating motile sperm comprises: introducing a fluid sample comprising motile sperm to an inlet portion of a microfluidic device; and causing the fluid sample to flow through a separation portion of the microfluidic device at a flow velocity within a rheotaxis range such that motile sperm in the sample undergo rheotaxis and remain in the separation whereas a part of the fluid sample flows out of the separation zone through an outlet portion of the microfluidic device.

The method includes receiving, by a computer processor, text from a user via a keyboard in communication with the computer processor; displaying the text on a user interface on a display device in communication with the computer processor; receiving a symbol from the user via the keyboard, wherein the symbol is not part of the content of the text; displaying the symbol adjacent to the text in the user interface; retrieving, by the computer processor, a first list of citation references from a computer storage after the symbol is displayed in the user interface; displaying the first list of citation references at the user interface to allow at least one of the first list of citation references to be selected; and inserting the selected citation reference near the symbol in the text in the user interface.

    Abstract: A method for rapid and quantitative assay of fluid specimen is disclosed. This method utilizes the principle of primary colors: any color can be discomposed into three primary colors or multiple primary colors (for example, red, green and blue). The molecules of the chemical being measured are bound to three colored substrates at different binding constant. Thus different concentration of the chemical will result in different final colors chromatography imaging. This makes the quantitative assay possible. This method can also be used to detect qualitatively the existence of multiple chemicals simultaneously.
