    Abstract: A solid target system for the radionuclide preparation, including a cassette, an ejection sub-system, a laser radar positioning sub-system, a cooling sub-system and a control cabinet. The cassette includes a solid target component for the nuclide preparation and a shielding box. The ejection sub-system is configured to eject the cassette to a recovery hole after the nuclide preparation is completed. The laser radar positioning sub-system is arranged above the ejection sub-system, and is electrically connected to the control cabinet. Both sides of the cassette are each provided with the cooling sub-system for cooling down the solid target component. The control cabinet is electrically connected to a direct-current servo motor for controlling an operating state thereof.

    Abstract: This disclosure describes systems and techniques for synchronizing cameras and tagging images for face authentication. For face authentication by a facial recognition model, a dual infrared camera may generate an image stream by alternating between capturing a “flood image” and a “dot image” and tagging each image with metadata that indicates whether the image is a flood or a dot image. Accurately tagging images can be difficult due to dropped frames and errors in metadata tags. The disclosed systems and techniques provide for the improved synchronization of cameras and tagging of images to promote accurate facial recognition.

    Abstract: The present disclosure relates to a dual-polarized phased array antenna and a dual-polarized phased array weather radar. According to the dual-polarized phased array antenna, a plurality of dual-polarized row feeds are arranged on a horizontal cylindrical support surface to form a dual-polarized antenna in a horizontal cylindrical shape. This allows two polarized signals in a horizontal direction and a vertical direction to be simultaneously received and transmitted, and ensures digital multi-beam signals with constant beam bandwidth, antenna gain, and dual polarization performance. The dual-polarized phased array weather radar provided in the present disclosure uses the formed dual-polarized microstrip patch antenna or a dual-polarized waveguide slot antenna in the horizontal cylindrical shape. This can ensure consistency of weather detected at different scan angles, and improve the accuracy of weather target 3D construction.

    Abstract: A device and a method for nondestructively detecting a transient characteristic of a conductive screw of a turbo-generator rotor are provided. The device includes a personal computer (PC), an extremely-steep pulse generator, an ultra-high-frequency double-isolation transformer, and a pulse emitting and coupling module, which are connected in sequence. The pulse emitting and coupling module is connected to a load. A synchronous pulse receiving non-inductive divider circuit synchronously receives a characteristic waveform from the load, and the synchronous pulse receiving non-inductive divider circuit is connected to an ultra-high-speed analog/digital (A/D) module through a nonlinear saturation amplifying circuit that amplifies a signal. The PC receives a signal from the ultra-high-speed A/D module. The load includes a positive or negative excitation lead loop that is in a 180° symmetrical and instantaneous short-circuit state and a rotor shaft.

Cooling rates are sufficient to uniformly cryopreserve biomaterials, and can be used in diagnostic cytology and biological cryofixation applications.     Abstract: A resonant converter has a primary resonant tank circuit and a secondary resonant tank circuit. An inverter circuit converts an input DC voltage received by the resonant converter at an input voltage node to a pulsating signal that is fed to the primary resonant tank circuit to generate a resonant tank current that flows through a primary winding of a transformer. The resonant tank current induces current in a secondary winding of the transformer. The induced current is rectified by a rectifier and the rectified signal is filtered to generate an output DC voltage at an output voltage node. The secondary resonant tank circuit is disposed between the secondary winding of the transformer and the output voltage node, and a tank node of the secondary resonant tank is connected to the primary resonant tank circuit through the inverter circuit.
