    Abstract: A multi-target tracking method includes: obtaining a first image and a second image including N tracking targets from the same target video file, and obtaining N first tracking boxes of the first image that precedes a preset number of frames of the second image, the N first tracking boxes configured to frame the N tracking targets in the first image; superposing and synthesizing the first second images to obtain a target image; inputting the target image into an hourglass network model for feature extraction, to output a target feature map; inputting the target feature map into a prediction network to output a thermodynamic diagram, a width and height value set, a minor deviation value set, and a feature vector set; determining N second tracking boxes configured to frame N tracking targets in the second image, based on the thermodynamic diagram, the above three sets, and the N first tracking boxes.

On the premise of the autonomous decision of a driving strategy by a driver and centering on the objective limitation that the individual accurate state information in the long-distance expressway traffic flow is not observable, the dynamic evolution of the speed and the state of the vehicle is described using a quantum state, the driving state of the vehicle is expressed as the superposition state of three driving states, and the probability of the three states is represented using QHO model parameters.

    Abstract: A method for controlling a deformable mirror surface shape based on a radial primary function processes samples of a neural network training set, obtains elements of the neural network training set, characterizes the complex surface shape of the deformable mirror in each sample by using a radial primary function, takes characterization parameters of the surface shape in the each sample as an input of a neural network, and trains the neural network by taking a voltage of each piezoelectric ceramic corresponding to the complex surface shape as a corresponding output of the neural network. Training times of the neural network are consistent with a number of the samples. Finally, the trained neural network is obtained to verify the training effect of the neural network. According to the characterization parameters of the required surface, the neural network is used to control the deformable mirror to generate the required surface.

    Abstract: The present invention discloses a method for fitting modes of a traffic flow based on a quantum walk, including: (1) constructing a mode generator based on the quantum walk; (2) preparing multiple modes; (3) screening the modes; and (4) constructing a mapping mechanism between the modes and the traffic volume. The present invention takes the expressway traffic flow as a complex geographic spatial-temporal process formed by aliasing and coupling of a plurality of traffic modes with different structures, and attempts to realize modeling and simulation of the traffic flow from a multi-scale analysis view. Specifically, under a basic framework of an expressway network topological structure, all possible traffic modes in the expressway traffic flow are generated using quantum walks; and under the constraints of the observed traffic volume time series, the modes are screened based on a specific screening rule.

    Abstract: A user equipment (UE) device may perform random access to a base station in the context where propagation delay between the base station and the UE device is large. The UE device randomly selects a random access preamble from an available set of preambles. The UE device selects a time slot for transmission of the random access preamble based on a configured correspondence between allowable time slots and subsets of the available set. The UE device transmits the random access preamble to a base station in the selected time slot, with timing advance to compensate for a common delay. Thus, the base station, knowing the configured correspondence, is able to determine the time slot in which the random access preamble was transmitted. The UE device receives a random access response that has been addressed with a Random Access Radio Network Temporary Identifier (RA-RNTI).
