Each of the distance adjustable mechanisms (3) includes a base (31), a transmission gear (32), an adjusting knob (34), an end cover (35), and a restoring elastic member (33). The massage unit includes massage plates (30,40,50,60,70), massage airbags (901,902,903,904,905), an air pump (200), electric valves (106,109), and a control unit (20) with a control circuit. The shells can move close to or far away with each other by means of the distance adjustable mechanisms, so as to allow for adjustment of the size of the helmet.
