    Abstract: A container for processing a fluid biological sample, including a container body including at least a first compartment for accommodating a first fluid and a second compartment for accommodating a second fluid, an interconnecting fluid pathway for providing a fluid communication between the first and second compartments, an inner shutter arranged so as to be movable between a first position where it blocks the interconnecting fluid pathway and a second position where it allows the fluid communication through the interconnecting fluid pathway, and a first cover arranged to allow selective access from outside the container to introduce the sample into at least one of the first and second compartments and to seal the fluid within the container body, preferably in conjunction with the inner shutter. A kit for treatment of a fluid biological sample using this container is also provided.

In this way, even if a suspended area of the filter increases relative to the sensor and shaking moment of the filter acting on the support frame increases, the support frame does not shake significantly relative to the substrate, and can keep its own stability under effective support by the buffer, which significantly reduces a probability of collision between the support frame and the filter, thereby ensuring assembly stability and integrity of the filter when the suspended area increases.

The present disclosure adopts a confocal design with a pore placed in front of the detector. The plane of the pore is conjugated with the object plane, blocking a defocusing signal from entering the detector.
