Abstract: A system and a method include a control unit for determining a probable de-icing status for one or more aircraft scheduled to depart from one or more airports. The control unit is configured to determine the probable de-icing status based on a current date at the one or more airports, current weather at the one or more airports, and the actual de-icing status of a plurality of prior aircraft scheduled to depart from the one or more airports before the one or more aircraft.

Abstract: The present disclosure discloses a group charging method, a gateway device, a charging device, and a communications system, and relates to the field of communications technologies. The method includes: obtaining a group identity and personal identity information of a user; obtaining a charging rule generated according to the group identity; and establishing, according to the group identity, the personal identity information, and the charging rule, a charging session for a group account corresponding to the group identity, so that a charging system performs group charging according to the group identity and the charging rule. In the present disclosure, it is determined, according to a group identity of a user, that the user belongs to a certain group, and accordingly, a charging session is maintained for the user of the group. In this way, group charging can be achieved, thereby avoiding a complex signaling interaction process, and improving the charging efficiency.

Abstract: A session association method, system, and apparatus are disclosed. The method includes: receiving an Internet Protocol Connectivity Access Network (IP-CAN) session setup message and a gateway control session message; and associating an IP-CAN session with a gateway control session according to a temporary identity (ID) in the IP-CAN session setup message and the temporary ID in the gateway control session message. Therefore, the gateway control session is associated with the IP-CAN session by using a temporary ID; and the gateway control session is associated with the IP-CAN session when no user ID exists in the emergency service, which ensures the normal progress of the emergency service.

Abstract: A test fixture with a load for measuring an output voltage of a connecting port with a voltmeter at full load is illustrated. The test fixture includes a main body, a plug comprising a first pin and a second pin for respectively contacting the two lines of the connecting port. A first contact connected to the first pin through a first wire, a second contact connected to the second pin through a second wire, and a load connected between the first wire and the second wire. The plug is connected to one end of the main body and capable of being inserted into the connecting port.

Abstract: An Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers (IEEE) test apparatus includes an IEEE 1394 chip, an IEEE 1394 plug, an IEEE 1394 outlet, a test header, and a switch module. The IEEE 1394 chip, plug and outlet each include a ground pin, two pairs of differential signal pins, and a power pin. The test header includes ground pin sockets, two pairs of differential signal pin sockets, and a power signal pin socket. The three power pins and the power signal pin socket are electrically connected together. The switch module is operable to electrically connect the two pairs of differential signal pins of the IEEE 1394 chip to the two pairs of differential signal pins of the IEEE 1394 plug or electrically connect the two pairs of differential signal pins of the IEEE 1394 chip to the two pairs of differential signal pins of the IEEE 1394 outlet.

Abstract: A method, an apparatus, and a system for updating PCC rules are disclosed herein to ensure normal process of the user service in the process of updating the PCC rules. A method for updating PCC rules includes: obtaining a response made by a PCEF after the PCEF updates the PCC rules; and keeping consistency between PCC rules stored in the PCRF and the PCC rules currently executed in the PCEF according to the obtained response.
